1987年 所長横田がクーハ゜ース会計事務所（国際税務部門）を経て独立。

　　Yokota Certified Public Tax Office was founded by Takahiro Yokota　after his working
　　for Coopers Account Office (now Price Waterhouse Coopers)

1988年 物品税廃止に伴うアメリカ系スポーツ用品メーカーの日本全国代理店の税還付業務を代行。

　　Handled business of returning commodity tax for all agencies of Spalding Japan,
　　Inc. by introduction of the sales tax

1989年 同メーカ日本子会社の国内ライセンス使用料の調査業務を国内ライセンス使用契約先会社
　　　　　に対し受任。以後継続。

　　Started handling an audit of licensees of Spalding Japan, Inc.for payment of licensee fee and continued

1992年 アメリカ系コンピュータメーカーの日本子会社の経理部門のアウトソーシング業務を受任。

　　Received outsourcing of accounting business of Japanese affiliate of Mipps Computer System,
　　American manufacturer.

1996年 韓国系電子部品メーカーの日本子会社設立・経理システムの立ち上げ等を受任。
　　　　　その後毎月税務・会計で関与中。

　　Received an order of establishing Japanese subsidiary of Korean major electronic parts manufacturer,
　　built up its accounting system and continues the business of tax and accounting

1999年 所長　横田がファイナンシャルプランナーライセンス取得後、事務所顧客に相談開始。
　　　　　現在に至る。

　　Takahiro Yokota, the representative, obtained a certificate of Financial Planner and started FP services
　　to clients of the office

1999年 国内店頭市場登録予定会社の経理・総務関係の事務サポート開始。

　　Started support of accounting and general affairs of a company for listing in the domestic stock market

2000年 ドイツ系重工業会社の経理事務を受任開始。

　　Started accounting business of a Japanese subsidiary of Mannes mann, German heavy industries
　　company and continued the work

2002年 同社吸収合併により清算、業務終了。

　　Completed works for liquidation of the Japanese subsidiary of Mannesmann because of its merger.

2003年 韓国４大財閥の日本子会社海運会社、会計・税務コンサル開始　現在に至る。

　　Have started accounting & tax consultation of a Japanese subsidiary of Korean Shipping company
　　which belongs to one of four zaibatsu

2007年 最近の事務所顧客先から資産運用、年金、保険等のニーズに対応するため、所長横田が
　　　　　ファイナンシャルプランナー国際資格を取得。この分野での顧客サービスを開始。
　　　　　好評実施中。
